Simone Biles won her 20th gold medal at the World Championships as Team USA captured its seventh successive world title on the night of October 4, in Antwerp, Belgium. Biles is the currently most decorated female gymnast of history with 33 medals from world competitions and the Olympics. Biles has performed a vault that was so challenging it was the first a woman ever did on the international stage. Biles II is now the name of the Yurchenko twin pike vault it was originally called Yurchenko. In her final all-around individual competition on 6th October, the record-breaking gymnast will be competing at her first international competition after 2021. Simone was born in Columbus, Ohio around 1997. Her birth mother struggled with a drug addiction. Simone and her three siblings were taken from the residence to foster care.
